Product Description
1.The panel making line use PLC and touch screen control system,automatic slurry infusing,electronic weighing, temperature control,and automatic demoulding and stacking to complete the automatic production.
2.With photoelectric or vibration sensor to control material level, ensuring density tolerance within ±3%.
3. With the same machine ,the panel can be made into different size and thickness , normally the thickness from 60 to 180mm.
4. SINOMA integrates with the domestic and foreign markets,takes reference from the Italian technology, independently researched and developed the foaming function forced type mixer,which stirs evenly,fully wrapped EPS particles,discharging prompt and fast.
